Once your order reaches Singapore, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery to your convenience but subjected to available delivery slots. You can also refer to the ORDER CONFIRMATION that would have been emailed to you upon purchase for the estimated delivery dates.
Please note that we only provide Inside Home Entrance Drop Off Delivery Service. With this option, our delivery team will bring your item(s) inside your home and place it in the entryway without any assembly or disposal service.
Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time, and that the delivery path and premise are free of obstacles, including any existing furniture items.
WHITE-GLOVE SERVICES
White-glove services are available for furniture sold on iuiga.com with an ad-hoc top up. White-glove service generally includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials (wooden crates), transporting your order up or down stairs and setting up merchandise in the room of your choice.
As we currently use an external partner for white-glove service, please contact our Customer Support team if you wish to opt in for the service right after your order is placed to enjoy exclusive partner rates.
